If we're not already familiar with a client, we make it our aim, if possible, to become their customer. In the case of Family Investments however, we already held two of their products - A Junior Bond and Child Trust Fund. So when we noticed they were based just down the road, we gave them a call and introduced ourselves.
Initially we worked on deployment of the new brand across 30 launch items, including brochures, enquiry packs, Welcome packs and press inserts.
